The author name this kuih Chacha i guess it's becoz it used sweet potatoes,taro,sago,coconut milk as bubur chacha tht we hav... the taste is just like 9 layered kuih(gao cheng gou) tht we usually buy frm outside.
Today i made angku again,but using different recipe. This recipe is softer texture compare to the previous angku tht i made as sweet potatoes were added to the skin. I did not add any colouring to the skin,the beautiful orange colour is frm the natural colour of the sweet potatoes.
