today i made two cakes upon orders received two weeks ago. I made this cakes(tuitti cheesecake and Jelly cheesecake) before so i did not take any photo on it.

Banana chiffon

My husband brought back lots of bananas;3 types of it. I used pisang emas for this recipe tht i created by my own. this is my 1st try of making banana chiffon cake;usually i wil use banana for ordinary banana cake but this time i wanted to try something different n make use of my eggs as chiffon needs a lot eggs;i have a lots of eggs(bout 50's accumulated since 3 days ago) frm farm brought back by my father in law.

Birthday cake order

I left this cake for posting coz i used my handphone to take this pic in a hurry(pic took b4 pack the cake for pick up). This cake was made on the 9th Oct '08,it's an order frm my in law's close friend for her daughter's birthday. She requested for banana cake as she tried my cake before.

Black pepper chicken wings

My indo maid left this morning as her contract reached 2 yrs of period. She's a good helper although she always make mistakes,i guess it's becoz she misses her 3 children very much. We request her to extend her working period but she reluctant to do so,but she request us to contact her after 3 weeks to giv us reply whether she could come back again. So no choice,we need to find a new maid n this morning after the old maid left,a new maid came to replace her. From the type of food tht i made shows how "much" this new maid could help up...(sigh).

Baked orange cheesecake

I made this orange cheesecake using my own recipe,i feel excited whn the mixture of the cheese filled just right to the height of the biscuit base.

Bubur cha cha

Today my mum n aunt came visited me,due to this reason i only manage to make 2 desserts;n this bubur cha cha is specially made for my mum as she loves bubur cha cha. So i used to keep
some taro,sweet potato n frozened coconut milk in my fridge so tht i could make her this dessert whn she come visit me. During the 6 days staying at my mum thr,she told me tht she loves my bubur cha cha,donno y....hehe^_^. i guess it's becoz i usually add a lot of santan,taro,sweet potato n crystal tapioca(i nvr missed this coz i likes the texture of it).

Sweet potato bun

I stil hav some dough placed in my fridge which left frm the butter roll n i wan to clear it so i giv a try on this sweet potato filling(sweet potato+sugar+non-dairy cream). Besides sweet potato filling,i left some bun plain as my girls n i prefer plain bun.
