This evening after reading few recipes of muffin as reference i decided to make my own recipe of muffin for my-mother-in law's breakfast tomorrow. I wish my muffins taste moist muffins n the most important thing is i wanted to clear the cup of yogurt which will be expired tomorrow. The result did not disappoint me,it's moist,n i really love the aroma of the berries.(i added some canned peach which left in my fridge).

The conclusion is i just use up anything left in my fridge....hehe....^_^. The next time i make muffin of my own recipe might to be the same recipe,as i oso forgot the exact amount of ingredients used.

This afternoon i went out for tooth-filling n parkson's members' day so i don hav much time for baking n cooking in the kitchen. But... stil manage to bake a batch of cookies before i go out. ^_^

Peach Cheese jelly

My husband invited his aunty(she always help take care of my girls) for dinner at our home. Besides stew spare-ribs n stir fried mixed-vege,we brought curry fish head from Pujut 6's "Hao Wei". And of course i will prepare some sweet stuff for them so i made this dessert for tonight's dinner but I'm not too satisfied with the outlook of this dessert as after cutting the cake,the jelly seems not stick to the cheese layer. Maybe i should cut it into bigger portion the next time i make this dessert again.
